This page explains how to delete your qasab account (listed on Google Play as Qasab AI), operated by MK Builds LLC, and exactly what happens to your data. If anything here isn't clear, email help@mkbuilds.dev.
Delete your account from the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
- Open qasab and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice. We ask a second time on purpose — this cannot be undone.
Your account and the data listed below are deleted straight away, and you are signed out. There is no waiting period and no way to recover the account afterwards.
If you can't open the app
Email help@mkbuilds.dev from the email address on your qasab account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's really you, delete the account, and reply to confirm. Expect this within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in details, including every active session
- Every link you saved, and the transcripts we generated from them
- Every idea, script, tactic and insight generated for you
- Your content profile — niche, audience, style, language and dialect
- Your notification device tokens, so we can no longer send you anything
- The subscription record we hold against your account
What is not deleted
- Your subscription itself. Deleting your qasab account does not cancel an active subscription, because we don't control your store billing. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store, whichever you subscribed through.
- Purchase history held by Google or Apple. Your store keeps its own record of what you bought. We cannot delete that on your behalf.
- Aggregate, anonymised usage statistics that are no longer linked to you or your account and cannot be traced back to you.
Backups
Your data is removed from our live database immediately. Copies can persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten and gone. Those backups are only ever used to recover from an outage — never to restore a deleted account.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove things. In the app, open any saved item and delete it — that removes the save, its transcript, and anything generated from it, while your account and the rest of your library stay intact.
